SUMMERS COMING

So, it was fairly hot yesterday, and I was going somewhere smart-casual, so naturally I couldn't wait to get the white jeans out, with a pastel combo!

I love all white with a coloured jacket and a statement necklace to match, of course. My jacket is from ZARA they released this jacket in their SS14 collection with yellow and cream, but don't worry you haven't missed out, they are everywhere on eBay!
My Pleated back top is from PRIMARK, I bought this yesterday and was so shocked to find something like this in there, as I remember once lusting over something similar in Ted Baker! This was just £8 and is in there now, including other colours such as Green, Yellow and Black.
My White Jeans are from TOPSHOP from their continuity line, which are my holy grail jeans, the Joni Jean.
Finally, my shoes are by OFFICE, they are called the "Extravanganzas". I love these shoes! I have them in black and a mink grey as well and between them they are my most worn shoes.

THE JEWELS

I love pink and rose gold, it is a match made in heaven! My watch is DKNY, bracelet is Michael Kors, my ring is by Swarvoski and finally my necklace is from eBay. I love how well the pink and rose gold compliment eac hother, and just against white you can really show off this combo.

MISSGUIDED FAVOURITES

MISSGUIDED SS15 FAVOURITES

I am absolutely loving Missguided this season so thought I would share my favourites this season. WARNING: There is a lot.

Starting off with dresses, I didn't intend to choose solely nudes but it just happened, these are my favourite! This Pleated Dress is such a steal for me! Pleats are so in trend this SS15 coming straight from the runways Sport Luxe trend, I love the simple colour to allow the pleats the attention. Next, Camel Shift Dress I love this! Again, straight from SS15 Military Theme seen on the runway. I'm not usually a fan of short dresses when it has a deep V neckline, but the loose fit of the dress makes it perfect and acceptable for me! This Suede Type Midi Dress is perfect, I love the neckline, it reminds me of the tangerine sheath dress Victoria Beckham stepped out in, in 2012. Salmon Pink Shift Dress with Peplum Hem, this is the only dress I've chosen that can be worn both night and day, I'm sorry the others just captivated me! I love this dress so much, whether it's with a pair of flat sandals, or killer heels, it is perfect for summer! Finally, Satin High Neck Box Pleat is amazing! Out of all these this will be my first purchase! It reminds me of the Red Satin Mini Dress Selena Gomez wore last year, I love it!

Tops, tops, tops! Essentials. This Fishnet White Vest straight from the Sports Luxe runway trend, and I have to have it! White vests like these are essential in summer. Next, another essential is this High Neck Cami now this is so much better then a simple chiffon vest, the high neckline creates a home for a beautiful statement necklace, and everybody knows how much I love them. Then this, Camel Suede Box Top is again, straight from the runway trend that is the 70s coloured suede, and I actually own this and cannot stop wearing this. I love this Chiffon Mesh Neckline Blouse and I have actually been looking for this for ages, they uploaded a photo of a model wearing it a while ago, but was only selling the skirt, but now this beauty is on sale! Finally, this Organza Floral Tee is so cute, and I've been dying to try the mesh tee, and t-shirt bra look.

On to the suits... This Collared Playsuit is amazing, they had something similar last year and I always intended to buy it but never did, the pattern of the shorts fits perfectly into the 70s trend that is taking over SS15! I love this White Mesh Sleeve Jumpsuit, I feel the sleeves differs it from any normal white jumpsuit, and feel this looks fab yet effortless. Next, Salmon Jumpsuit I love the colour and fit of this jumpsuit, all around win! Finally this Suede Tassled Playsuit is so 70s and SS15, the bohemian tassels, with the coloured suede make this perfect for this season.

Now, BOTTOMS. I love these White Flared Trousers they are so 70s, and unlike anything I have ever worn before! Will definitely be investing! Next this Camel Suede A Line Skirt I love A line skirts, all throughout the winter I have been living in leather ones, but SS15 is all about coloured suede's and I shall move on. These Powder Blue Skinny Trousers are perfect to style for a summer night out; white high neck cami, these trousers, statement necklace, white heels, done! Moving on to this Oriental Floral Skirt is £12 okay!! What a must, it is so pretty and summery, and also so easy to wear and style. Next are these beautiful Silk Lace Hem Shorts I love these, and again it's another case where you can style these so effortlessy with a white cami and heels. I need this! Finally, and I will not get over sports luxe this season so here is a Powder Blue Chiffon Pleated Skirt to feast your eyes on. I love these skirts, they are flawless and so easy to wear!

What Missguided steals are you loving this season?

THE OBSESSION CONTINUES

AND THE OBSESSION CONTINUES...
MY NEW STATEMENT NECKLACE

If you read my blog regularly you would know, I love statement necklaces... On my previous post I showed exactly what they can do to a simple outfit. Then, the day after this beauty came along, and I thought I have to share!

No photo does this beauty justice! I had to share with you all! I bought this on-line from a eBay boutique who shipped all the way from China so I had to wait ages, but it was worth the wait for sure!

THE POWER-JEWELS

THE POWER-JEWELS

Just in case you can't tell, I love a statement necklace, and I feel that mostly every outfit deserves one! Through this blogpost I attempt to truely show my readers the power a statement necklace has over an outfit. It can transform any old boring outfit.

I love a plain top with a statement necklace.
I decided to use the same top from ZARA, but you can get a plain white top anywhere, to show how transforming a statement necklace can be when wearing a simple top with a range of jackets.

So here's my photographic evidence to prove how much better outfits can look with this one little detail. If your only just starting your collection, be sure to grab just a silver and gold one first as these together can go with any outfit, from their start looking at coloured pieces. My favourite shop for statement necklaces has got to be ZARA, but the ones you can find online nowadays are incredible!

OOTD SPRING

THE FIRST DAY OF SPRING

So, the 20th March was the official first day of spring, and of course I let this influence my outfit choice! Whenever the suns out I always opt for brighter colours as I do just jump at any excuse to where yellows, blues, and pinks! I was meeting my friend in Shoreditch for dinner and drinks so wanted something something in-between smart and casual.

1) Yellow Coat, NEXT £60 This coat is new season so it is still in the shops now, I think coats like this are perfect for the cold sunshine England always falls victim too. It keeps your outfit in season and summery, yet your not freezing!
2) Chiffon White Blouse, H&M £16 I got this quite a while ago, but a white top like this is easy to find, and perfect to go under anything with a statement necklace! This is my look most of the time, I love statement necklaces, and wear them nearly everyday.
3) Multi Chain Statement Neckalce, Topshop £50 So good news for you all, not so much for me but, boutiques everywhere have copied this necklace to a T, for as little as £12. It is my favourite necklace of all time.
4) Black Molly Jeans, River Island £40 I only wear high waisted jeans, I find them both more comfy and more flattering. River Island is my fav next to Topshop Joni Jeans.
5) Jail break Sandals, Office £60 So again, you can find these shoes from other boutiques for a very little amount, however these are new season in Office! I love these shoes and feel they gave the perfect edge to this outfit.
6) Black Large Bag, H&M £37 I love this bag, its so big I can fit everything in it! I love a big bag to make an outfit, such as this look both edgy and casual.

Any other questions regarding this OOTD, comment below, tweet or email me.

CandyLipz Review

WHAT A POUT

Okay, so my friend bought me CandyLipz as an early birthday present, and wow! I used it last night, following the instructions, when you first start they suggest you do it 4 times for one minute, with a couple minutes interval in-between. So this is exactly what I did, and by the 4th one I couldn't believe this size of my lips! My lips are fairly big so for those with already full lips I would only suggest to do this just the once, but do the 4 one minutes first time using it to get your lips use to it. Without a doubt, you are going to bruise, but it clears overnight and from then on you are set to go.
Here is my before and after...
BEFORE
DURING
AFTER

This is far too big for me, but this was after following the initial instructions! I couldn't believe it and I am so sure that this is Kylie Jenners secret! Buy yours from @gemwrightbeauty on Instagram!
I use the Red Apple one but there are loads to choose from, where they are suited to different lip's.
I recently bought a cap one from eBay but this is not a cap, and the results are no where near as good, and CandyLipz has been clinically tested, so do not judge your results from the caps and not think to buy this products, it's amazing!

ONE SHOP SERIES

ONE SHOP SERIES
ZARA

How else would I start my first shop series? ZARA, of course. It was not hard at all to put together to outfits as their new collections are forever stored in my brain, but here is how to get it all done at ZARA...

DAY LOOK
So, it's getting hotter, but we still need our shoulders covered because there's always a gust of wind somewhere in England. This Checked Long Sleeve Top (£25.99) is perfect as we slowly approach summer, it is light weight yet still covers you chest, shoulders and arms.
Skinny Jeans are a essential for me no matter what the season, however during winter I do tend to live in black skinnies, and in the summer I do sport denim a little bit more. These Low Rise Denim Skinny Jeans (£29.99) are the perfect denim wash to incorporate into my Navy outfit for this day look.
Okay, I love a shoe and bag match! This Navy Croc Print Duffel Bag (£99.99) is perfect, although the price point is a little high for a ZARA bag, a girl can dream. These Navy Loafers (£39.99) match perfectly, as they are both a navy, patent leather and therefore a match made in heaven.

NIGHT LOOK
The night look I've chosen can still be classed as a little casual, but I love a casual edge at night as it makes your outfit look effortless, like your style just comes easy. So, first I chose this baggy sweater type Boat Neck Crop Top (£19.99, also comes in white!) to give the real causal edge to the look. These tops are both comfortable and easy to pull off, and look fabulous tucked in a little baggy into the next item I've chosen for this look... the skirt!
This Jacquard Mini Skirt (£15.99) comes in at the waist, complimenting your waist perfectly after the baggy top. It comes out from the waist creating the illusion of a waist, or simply just enhancing your already existent waist.
So now, the bag! This Leather Croc Print Chain Bag (£110) is so beautiful and I am so tempted to fork out for this bag. It matches the outfit perfectly, again giving the casual edge to this effortless night outfit.
Finally, we can talk shoes. these beauties are too die for. Leather High Heel Wraparound Sandal (£49.99) and match this outfit perfectly, giving a quirky edge to quite a simple, effortless outfit.

So there Is your day and night outfits sorted for today at ZARA.

ONE SHOP SERIES

ONE SHOP SERIES

So every time I go shopping for an outfit I always find that I become very stressed and find myself running from shop to shop. Wouldn't it be nice to just get it all done in one transaction? It sounds difficult I know, but I will be doing a one shop series for a number of online boutiques such  as Missguided, Pretty Little Thing, etc. and our favourite high street brands such as ZARA and Topshop.

My one shop series will consist of both day and night outfits, putting together outfits including clothes, shoes, and accessories, all from one shop only, impossible, right?

I think I can do it.

Comment below, email, tweet or even message me on instagram any one shop series you would like to see. I will doing a number of these posts for a number of shops, but if I miss any, let me know!

FAVOURITE PALETTES

PALETTE PERFECTION

I much prefer a palette to loads of individual eyeshadow as I find it a lot easier to organise, and genuinely reach more for palettes then I do individial eyeshadows.

My favourite palettes are the NAKED palettes and I would advice anyone whose is looking to buy a palette to buy these as there is no room for any disappointment, they are perfect!
The Naked Basics palette is a palette I carry around with me as they are perfect matte, everyday shades. The NAKED Palette is gorgeous, and out of the 3 I tend the reach for the most, as I mainly always do a bronzed smokey eye, with golds, and this is the perfect palette for the job. NAKED 2 is my holy grail black/grey smokey eye palette, I wouldn't use any other palette to achieve the smokey look. Finally, NAKED 3 Palette is full of heavenly pinks, and whilst it isn't an everyday palette it's perfect for a pink day or night out, however I do reach for the pink mattes sometimes for an everyday look.
Moving on to my MAC Palette, this is the warm neutrals palette and I've only had this since christmas but am seriously in love, the colours are beautiful, however I wouldn't say the quality differs from Urban Decay's Naked Palettes, and I do reach for my a lot NAKED Palettes more then my MAC!
Moving on to Sleek, which if your looking for a drugstore palette... THE SEARCH ENDS HERE. Pigmentation from each shadow is insane for a palette not much over £7! Also, all their palettes are beautiful, they put colours together so well!
Finally, .lf which I find is a brand everyone wants to know about and try, but its not something us girls in the UK can go to super drug and just buy, we must online shop! Which online shopping for make up is hard, but honestly with E.LF you are not spending a lot if you make a terrible mistake, when it comes to shades, you have not wasted a lot of money, plus you can always send it back. They do palettes especially for your colour eyes, so I bought the blue one, and it actually did enhance my blue eyes, so I would definitely recommend these palettes.

What is your all time favourite palette? I want more drugstore ones, any suggestions?

SIMPLE PERFECTING BB BEAUTY BALM

SIMPLE PERFECTING BB BEAUTY BALM REVIEW

I bought this in Superdug for £5.99 (currently on offer, normally £8.99) as I am going on holiday, and always like something light, such as BB Cream to wear of an evening. I said to myself I'd save it for holiday, but have used it a few times and am hooked!

For a BB Cream the coverage is so good, and it feels so light on your skin. I found I had to apply a little more on my cheeks which are quite rosey but it still covered really well! It only comes in one universal shade which adapted to my skin colour with and without my fake tan, so its an all around win for a holiday when your complexion is constantly changing tones.
I would also suggest this for times when you just want something to brighten and even out your skin tone, as it does both these jobs perfectly, but not necessarily put effort in to apply make up, for example, school, travelling, a quick trip to the shops, etc.
It comes out a rather strange colour with a thick consistency, like a moisturiser, but the more you blend, it adapts to your skin tone and blends into your pores flawlessy, it certainly fulfils what it promises on the bottle!
One critic I do have for this product is that you can't really blend bronzer or any blusher on top of this product, no where near as good as a foundation. It still blends, of course, but you can tell the difference when you have a foundation on.
I'd suggest everyone to scape together the £5.99 and try this product while it is on offer at Superdrug.

PRETTY PASTEL

PRETTY PASTELS
Pastels are my absolute favourite in the summer, I love a pastel jacket with a white basic tee and a matching statement necklace, it's my most consistent summer look.

This beautiful lemon blazer is from Next, they also do a coat version in the exact same material and colour, which I plan to get! This is brand new season at £50 so you have plenty of time to catch it in the shops, however if you don't want to spend £50 on a pastel jacket (which is understandable, it's only out for summer!) pastels will be everywhere on the high street within no time for as little as £25, so just hold on in there if not!
The necklace I bought quite a while ago from River Island but there are some fabulous statement necklaces that you could find to match this jacket all of the Internet and high street!

PRODUCTS I AM LOVING

NEW PRODUCTS I AM LOVING

I am always trying out new products as I am a huge collector. I never normally just go out and buy the first thing I see, I always research products, and see what other bloggers or have tried a sample to make me buy a product, especially with high end products. With drugstore products I am more prone to pick up loads of things, without knowing anything about them, but I am a sucker for a Superdrug 3 for 2, if only the likes of YSL, MAC and Chanel did 3 for 2!

I have to start with YSL Fusion Foundation, I bought shade B50, as I only use it when I am going out when of course, I am tanned! I do not use this foundation for every day wear, as I have plenty of other foundations I would rather waste for day time use. The consistency is literally like water, but the coverage is flawless, as well as buildable.
Benefit Roller Lash Mascara, I got this little sample in Cosmopolitan Mag and I am so glad I tried it! It is the most amazing mascara, it curls lashes perfectly, and does not clump no matter how much you apply! I have so many compliments on my lashes because of this amazing product.
MAC Strobe Cream I love this when I want a dewy look, it moisturises skin as well as acting as a primer, keeping your make up on all day!
Bourjois Delice de Poudre Bronzing Powder and Highlight I got this product in a beauty box and I am so glad I did. Its so natural and perfect for everyday wear.
Maybeline Brow Drama Pencil I love this product as it makes my everyday brow routine so quick, it is double ended with a shader end to blend in the front of your brow, which makes my day so much easier!
Maybeline Master Precision Liquid Precision I don't wear eyeliner much, but this felt tip like liner makes it so easy and quick, and it stays put as well as being super black.
Maybeline Colour Senstion Lip Liner Shade 750 As you can tell, I like Maybeline. This Lip Pencil was a bit of an experiment as all my lip liners have always been high end, because I am always so disappointed with drugstore brands when it comes to lipliners, they are normally very sheer and not at all long lasting. However, this little gem is perfect! My holy grail use to be MAC Sublime Couture, which I still love, but I won't be replacing my empty anytime soon as this is the perfect dupe!
Maybeline Colour Tatoo in Creamy Beige 98 and again... Maybeline! Colour tattoos are my absolute favourite, and this leather effect light brown is perfect! This is my first matte colour tattoo shade and I've been wearing everyday since the day I bought it. Colour Tattoos are great dupes for the Mac Paintpots!
L'Oreal Colour Riche Eyeshadow in Lumiere 500 L'Oreal single eyeshadows are the best, the pigmentation is better then any MAC Shimmer eyeshadows I own. This shade is a beautiful rose gold, but there is so many other shades I want!
NUDE ProGenius Treatment Oil I received this sample in a beauty box, and I am literally dreading the day it runs out. I apply this before I go to sleep and when I wake up my skin literally feels like silk!
Benefit it's Potent! Eyecream I love all of Benefits skin care but the eye cream I recently tried and am loving, when you apply it you can feel it working on your under eyes as it tingles and moisturises your incredibly important under eyes!

AND FOR HAIR?
Make up is more of my forte when it comes to beauty, but my hair is so flat I needed to try something to help me in the volume department. I picked up these travel sized John Freida Volume Collection pieces and its like the God himself (John Freida) personally answered my prayers. I bought the Hairspray and Root Boost Blowdry Spray and they are so good for volume, and require the tiniest amount!

What products have you been loving? I'm dying to try...

SUMMER WISHLIST

MY SUMMER WISHLIST

As you can probably tell, the sun in Britain this weekend has really got me excited for summer, so why not accumulate some, not all (this blog post would be far too long), of the many things I want for this summer into a summer wish list.

So this is just some of what I have been lusting over on the high street.
1. Yellow Coat, Next £60
Not everybody starts a summer wishlist with a coat but hey ho, how can anyone trust English weather? This coat is perfect for the inevitable summer showers.
2. Two Tone Flats, ZARA £19.99
I want these purely to match perfectly with the lemon coat I plan to buy, I also bought the jacket version of the coat from Next yesterday, and feel these will go perfect!
3. Grey Wrap Front Skirt, River Island £30
Every summer I always lust over pale grey, and always buy bags and shoes this colour, but never actual clothes, so I definitely want to try this skirt this summer.
4. Distressed Amelia Skinny Jeans, River Island £42
I've never owned a pair of distressed jeans, but always wanted to! They are perfect for summer and I will definitely be investing in this pair!
5. Grey City Bag ZARA £49.99
I love love love this bag. I bought their bucket bag last year in this colour as it was the only bluey-grey bag I could find, even though I didn't really like the style. I am so happy to have found the perfect bag this year!
6. Monochrome Floral 70s Dress, River Island £50
I also featured this on my best of the high street blog post as I absolutely love this dress for summer day wear. Its so flattering and so in trend.
7. Khaki Racer Front Vest, Topshop £30
I love a basic with a statement necklace, its my favourite look, and I feel this is the perfect summer basic. It always has a split back which is gorgeous.
6. Statement Necklace, ZARA £29.99
& here is my perfect statement necklace to match my basic! ZARA necklaces are just the best!
7. Celine Style Black Bag, Sole Affair £16.00
I desperately need a medium sized bag this summer as I do incorporate a lot of black into most of my outfits, I loved this bag as I love the Celine ones but not the price!
8. White & Lemon Floral Skirt, River Island £30
I'm loving lemon this summer, well I do most summers, but this skirt really is a must have. The shape of the skirt can flatter anybody, a must have!
9. Solilas in Peach Glitter and Grey, Office £49.99
I love these shoes, my sister bought a pair last summer and I was constantly stealing them. I wanted peach glitter as I am always wear pale pinks that would go perfectly, and also wanted the grey to match the grey bag and many grey outfits I plan to wear.

So here is my complete wishlist of all the things I wishing to be in my wardrobe before the arrival of my very favourite season, summer.

I am on the hunt for some perfect white sandals and a black pair for summer so if you know of any comment below.

Make Up of the Day

MAKE UP OF THE DAY

Today I literally had a full face on from 11 am - 11 pm,  as I was rushing around with my mum all day and then went for something to eat a lot later. 12 hour wear you of course need something long wearing, but the sun was out today so I also wanted a light look.

THE FINAL LOOK

After cleansing my face with Benefit Refined Finish Face Wash, I opted for MAC Skin Base Visage as my base as I find it the perfect in between when it comes to dewy or matte. As much as I love a dewy look, the sunshine really does it no justice when it reflects off your face, highlighting imperfections you didn't even know existed, so for that perfect in between Skin Base Visage is the best!
So first, concealer! I'm prone to dark circles so I use Benefit Bo-Ing in Shade 03 a darker shade, but I use to correct. So the orange tone in the concealer cancels out any darker circles, I do this under my foundation. I them apply MAC Studio Fix Concealer in NC20, a light shade to highlight, also use this on my brow bone!
For foundation I used Estée Lauder Double Wear Light, I absolutely love this foundation, and for all you double wear lovers scared to convert, you will not regret it! As much as I love the original double wear, it is far to full coverage for me, double wear light allows build able coverage but you can see your real skin shine through a lot more, so it is a lot more natural, and feels a lot less cakey. Double Wear Light I find is more flawlessly applied with a Real Techniques Buffing Brush, although any dense brush will do, I also use my Sigma F80 Angled Kabuki Brush to pat the foundation into my skin after brushing it so if really blends in. This also helps for a longer wear.
Dior Rosy Glow Blush on my cheeks every single day of my life, if you don't have this blusher please rush and get it! I've used it everyday for nearly one year and I've only just made a dent, and I won't be hitting pan anytime soon either!
Benefit Hoola Bronzer for a light, natural contour, followed with Sleek Highlight from Sleek Contour Kit, another must have! I am a big fan of Sleek!
I decided to retry my Chanel Sourcis Eyebrow Pencil as I can't justify forking out for a Chanel product and not putting it to use. I used it to outline the shape of my brows and shade in the very front, before going in with Benefit Browzing in Medium to give the darker effect to the rest of my brows.
On my lashes is Benefits Roller Lash which is incredible! It may beat Scandal Eyes for me, but I won't speak to soon...
I opted for a lip combo I've never tried before, and I loved it! I used my brand new Maybeline Colour Sensation Lip Liner in 750, I coloured my actual lip in at the sides with this lip liner to avoid any obvious lines. YSL Rouge Volupte 01 & Bobbi Brown Sandwash Peach together to make this lip colour. I probably just had 1 lipstick this colour but mixing is fun.

SHOPPING OOTD

HOW TO COPE WITH IN-BETWEEN SEASONS

Every year I am stuck when it comes to the end of A/W & beginning of S/S. All the shops are selling is there new S/S collections after selling all the A/W stock in the Boxing Day sales... Yet we are still freezing, left to rely on clothes we already have to find the perfect in-between season look.
Today the sun was shining, but there was still a winter bite in the air, and my first thought was what am I going to wear today?!

So knee high boots were huge this winter, but when are they not? And these Stuart Weitzman beauties have seen me through the winter, but today I paired it with a colour block shift dress to cater to both weathers we were experiencing, and shall continue to do so until summer is finally here!
Pairing a S/S dress with those winter boots is the perfect way to cope with the most frustrating time in your wardrobe, and so easy to pull off. So don't put the winter boots away just yet.

BEAUTY BUYS I CAN NOT LIVE WITHOUT.

MY BEAUTY SURVIVAL GUIDE

It is no secret that I am OBSESSED with make up, and have accumulated quite the collection over the past few years, as I have an absolute need to try everything from the beauty counters. Despite my crazy obsession to try everything, there are products I tend to reach for more then others on a daily basis.

So here they are, my every day beauty favourites. Primer wise I normally change from Benefit's Porefessional to MAC Strobe Cream everyday, as it depends whether I want a matte or dewy look!

MAC Pro Longwear Foundation is my everyday foundation, as it does what is says on the bottle, it lasts all day! I use shade NC35 and find the formula incredibly easy to blend, and has build-able coverage. Definetly a foundation worth trying. Also, I love Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation for an everyday wear, as it also does what is says on the bottle and wakes you up with a healthy dewy finish to your skin.

Naked Flushed Cheek Palette is also in my everyday kit as I take it everywhere with me, it has a blusher, highlighter and a bronzer inside and really deserves to be a part of everybody's make up kit. The bronzer and highlight are prefect for me, however some days I find the blusher far to pink against my skin tone, but however it is easily blendable.

Benefit Hoola Bronzer whilst my Naked Flushed Palette does have a fabulous bronzer, when I want more of a defined yet still natural contour I opt for this as it is a little darker, creating more of a dramatic shadow illusion to my cheekbones.

Dior Rosy Glow Blush if this shade was inside the Naked Flushed Palette it would be the most prefect beauty buy for me, however is it not so I have to carry both in my handbag. This is my all time favourite blusher, whilst it is expensive I have used it everyday for one year now and I have only just made a dent. This amazing pale pink shade adapts to your natural oils in your skin creating the perfect shades, and can flatter any cheek! Drug Store alternatives to this blush is E.L.F Cosmetics, I literally bought every shade E.L.F do as the pigmentation and longevity of the blushes is quite amazing considering the price, and also the range of shades caters to everybody! Check them out!

Benefit Boi-ing Concealer in Shade 03 my skin tone is not this dark to be using this as an all over concealer, I simply use this as a corrector to cancel out dark circles before putting my concealer on. I also use Maybeline Fit Me Concealer for this procedure, and actually prefer to but have unfortunately run out, and forever forgetting to repurchase.

MAC Studio Fix Concealer in NC20 now this is perhaps too light for my skin tone, but I use a lighter shade under my eyes, after cancelling out any dark circles, to highlight and brighten my face.
Rimmel Scandal Eyes Mascara is my all time favourite Mascara, it is the one Mascara I can apply endless amounts off without having to deal with clogged lashes, I always prefer my lashes to look individual and hate the clumped look on myself, so of course this Mascara is an everyday. Other Mascaras I have grown to love with same qualities are Benefits Roller Lash and Estee Lauder.

Maybeline Brow Drama Pencil in Medium Brown after forking out for a Chanel eyebrow pencil and being so disappointed I opted for this pencil as it reminded me of the Eyelure one I so dearly love but can find no where! I was pleasently surprised, and feel there is no turning back, it very much reminds me of the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz but for a 1/3 of the price, and can achieve the natural stroke look! I also love the smudger at the end allowing you to fade out the front of your brows, creating a natural yet dramatic look.

Benefit High Brow I simply use this to just sculpt the shape of my brow and highlight my brow bone, however I also tend to use my MAC Concealer to do this. Both work!

and last, but by no means least Urban Decay Naked Palette this palette will always be my favourite, after swearing by the Naked 2 Palette for years, I received the Naked palette for Christmas and since then have never looked back. I tend to go for more of a bronzed smokey look so this really is perfect fore me, however if you do like more of a black smokey look I highly reccomend the Naked 2 palette! Other palettes I love are by Sleek and E.L.F.

THE BEST OF THE SS15 HIGH STREET

THE BEST OF THE HIGH STREET
When deciding what to base my very first blog post around I couldn't think of a better subject... SS15 High Street. Being a high street shopper myself I am always desperate to find the high street's best interpretations of the runway set trends ready to wear this Spring/Summer, and because of this I have chosen three of my favourite items from each key trend.

THE 70S
When looking at the high end shows I noticed 70s was one of the biggest upcoming trends this Spring/Summer season, a trend we cannot ignore. Whilst flares might not be for everyone, no one can help but love this season 70's fabulous prints and textures, however the 70s style dresses have been my favourite this season, and these three beauties are definitely on my wish list!

River Island £50 - Topshop £45 - River Island £50

Straight from the High Street these three 70's style dresses this season are my favourite, incorporating the shape and print straight from the runway, incorporating the incredible work from the likes of Henry Holland, Victoria Beckham, and many more this season.

SPORTS LUXE
After being so loved back in 2012, Sports Luxe is back and better then ever. I absolutely loved how Alexander Wang displayed this trend on the catwalk, and for me this trend was never a trend I would opt for, however Mr.Wang certainly changed that for me this season!
Unlike the 70s, the high street has not just took the trend straight from the runway, and I am in awe of some of the high streets interpretations of this key trend, but my favourite are the pleated skirts I've seen this season!

Topshop £55 - Topshop £38 - H&M £29.99

Pleated Skirts are my favourite thing to ever come from sports luxe, and whilst very few were seen on the SS15 runway the high street has certainly not neglected them. They are so effortless yet so chic and fashionable, a must have this summer.

METALLICS
Glitter, Liquid Metallics, Embellishments, Sequins, etc. were a major part of every designers SS15 collection. I love this trend, and feel it is a trend for every body. We see this trend most famously on through Karl Lagerfeld's detailed to perfection embellishment in Chanel SS15. Other designers incorporated this trend heavily into their collection, such as the one and only Tom Ford, as well as Roberto Cavalli, Moschino, and many more. The runway mainly took liquid metallics from this trend, and it is safe to say they are everywhere!

Oh My Love £35 - River Island £22 - Topshop £49

My three favourites should be in every fashion lovers wardrobe this Spring/Summer, all 3 items are effortless but look so fab! This Oh My Love play suit, which you can find at Topshop, is so easy to pull off! A Metallic Cami is an essential as it is perfect for a last minute night out and so in season at the moment, and finally this metallic sleeveless sweater is perfect for making a comfy summers day outfit look chic!

Of course there are hundreds of trends this season, and thousands of different interpretations for each trend, however these are my absolute favourite this season!
